Available Fields
Title
- Product name from Shopify
- Maps to product name in Odoo
Description
- Product description from Shopify
- Maps to product description in Odoo
Price
- Product price from Shopify
- Maps to product price in Odoo
- Note: Install 'Product Variant Sale Price' module for variant-level prices
Weight
- Product weight from Shopify
- Maps to product weight in Odoo
Tags
- Product tags from Shopify
- Maps to product tags in Odoo
Barcode
- Product barcode from Shopify
- Maps to product barcode in Odoo
SKU
- Product SKU from Shopify
- Maps to product SKU (Internal Reference) in Odoo
How Field Selection Works
For Shopify to Odoo Sync
- Select which fields to sync
- Products are searched in Odoo by SKU or Barcode
- Selected fields update in Odoo when products sync
For Odoo to Shopify Sync
- Select which fields to sync
- Selected fields update in Shopify when products sync
- Only checked fields will be synchronized
Product Search Options
When syncing from Shopify to Odoo, products are matched using:
- SKU (Internal Reference): Searches by SKU
- Barcode: Searches by barcode
If product found → Updates existing product with selected fields If product not found → Creates new product with selected fields
Auto Sync Behavior
When Auto Product Sync is enabled:
- Only checked fields will automatically sync
- Changes sync in real-time via webhooks
- Unchecked fields remain unchanged
Manual Sync Behavior
When using Manual Product Sync:
- All products sync with selected fields
- Updates happen immediately
- Works for both sync directions
